  I have been to one service there and it was wonderful and everyone that works there is so Caring! Wonderful place, peaceful, and caring! It's where we will even have our furry family members cremated there!

  Very frustrating experience! Messed up death certificates with incorrect information, despite original contract completed with correct information signed by my sister before she passed. Multiple calls, emails and even faxed corrected information directly to supervisor.. despite all our efforts, to this day, e death certificate for my sister has incorrect information. We, family, gave up.... too bad!! We really thought, planning ahead, paying ahead, would make things easier when my sister passed.. NOT
